What happens after placing my order?

Here’s what you can expect from HealthE1 Medical Services:

Blood Draw

When we arrive at your home, our friendly and experienced phlebotomist will introduce themselves and ensure you’re comfortable. We will verify your doctor’s prescription and discuss the process with you. To prepare for our visit, make sure you are well-hydrated and have a comfortable, well-lit space ready. It’s also helpful to wear short sleeves or a top with sleeves that can easily be rolled up.

Our phlebotomist will then clean the area where the blood will be drawn and use sterile equipment to ensure your safety. The process is quick and typically takes just a few minutes. After drawing your blood, we will provide you with a small bandage and any necessary post-care instructions.

Once the sample is collected, we promptly deliver it to LabCorp for analysis. You’ll be informed of any next steps, and your doctor will receive the results directly from the lab. This convenient service ensures you can get necessary lab work done without leaving the comfort of your home.

IV Therapy

When we arrive at your location for the IV therapy, our qualified and caring medical staff will greet you and make sure you’re relaxed. They will review your health needs and the specific IV therapy ordered. Please ensure you are well-hydrated and in a quiet, comfortable area for the session. Wearing loose-fitting clothes is advisable for easy access to your arm.

The paramedic will then sterilize the injection site and carefully administer the IV, using sterile equipment for your safety. The session usually lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the therapy you ordered. After the IV is administered, they will monitor you briefly for any immediate reactions and provide post-care advice tailored to your therapy.

Following the therapy, all equipment is safely disposed of, and we ensure that the area is clean and tidy. This convenient service allows you to receive essential wellness treatments without stepping out of your home.
